The People’s Sound Studio is an experiment in public sound making that grew out of Forms of Freedom. It takes inspiration from mobile and site-specific sound making experiments, specially Sound Session Detroit, and collaborations with members of The Aadizookaan, We Levitate/SOLHOT, and Fire in Little Africa. The People’s Sound Studio is an experiment in collectivism, creativity, being together, and maybe staying together.
